You all have joined gym enthusiastically and dedicatedly for many times, and that dedication would have last either for some days or for some month. Why so? Ask this question to yourself. A common reason behind irregularity is the excuse, which is not only responsible in the workout context but in every aspect. You may recall all your routine and the reason behind their failure. What one can do if he/she doesn’t have a perfect body? I think nothing! As it is truly said “Health is Wealth”. One with a fit body can achieve anything and especially has the freedom to eat anything. A healthy body always owns a healthy mind. A perfect body with perfect posture is an indication of happiness. A healthy body is always disease free. But to maintain the health is not an easy task. The hours of intense workout pulls out everything from mitochondria. Every drop of sweat is full of enthusiasm and dedication regarding perfect body. The rhythm of workout is in the every muscle of the body. Their just remains only two things in one’s mind who have a passion for his body i.e., healthy food and intense workout. The real workout starts when you want to stop. Every single move is then harder to push but gifts great. These words only seem good in words, the moment you start working out will forget about these. But that should not be so, because it pains to continue but it hurts much worse to stop. One should not count the number or set of activities while workout, either you train insane or remain same. Always be stronger than your excuses. An excuse once made becomes a habit, and rest you all know what a habit does. So train hard and read some fitness quotes pre-workout and feel the difference in the intensity of your workout.
